Employees with health savings accounts through HealthEquity, our HSA provider, will find several convenient new features when using HealthEquity’s secure member portal. Members are now able to:
- Select whether or not they want claim information displayed on their member portal. They can change their decision at any time.
- Edit their dependents and authorized users. Members can add, edit, and remove individuals using a redesigned, more user-friendly interface.
- Set their portfolio to automatically adjust for risk preference. This process ensures that the member’s comfort level with risk is consistently mirrored in their HSA portfolio.
- Manage documents more easily on the mobile app. Improvements have been made to the process of capturing, attaching, and editing documents.
